Impossible. Everybody knows companies are deploying all the cheap money and tax savings they have received into the creation of new jobs!

I couldn’t agree more. The Bush tax cuts for the super-rich need to end. They are looting America.

Lemme get this straight: in bad economic times, with anti-corporate sentiment peaking, corporate executives are doing everything they can to reinforce every negative stereotype about themselves?

Wow. They truly consider themselves untouchable. How do we answer that? Taxes are a start. But we need to go a bit further.

How about a law mandating that any corporation that takes government bailout money to stave-off fiscal ruin must immediately lay-off their CEO? And while we’re at it, deny him his golden parachute.

If someone gives you crap about contracts, site bankruptcy laws as a precedent. After all, if debtors can get out their contracts with creditors, why should someone who mishandled a fortune be allowed to keep any of it? He didn’t do his job, so he should just go to the nearest unemployment office, like the rest of us.
